Netania has many years of experience in working with international hi-tech, industrial and services companies. She has held a variety of positions in HR, Operations, Training, Organizational Consultancy and Consultant to CXOs at decision-making crossroads. In addition, Netania has served as HR Manager in Start-Ups from day 1 to foreign branches to IPO, working with Board Members and supporting young entrepreneurs in setting up their companies.

Netania holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and studied toward an M.A. in Clinical Criminology at Bar-Ilan University.

Suzane has held senior positions in diversified companies and fields, from Low-Tech through Hi-Tech to Start-Ups, from publishing through Finance to Semi-conductors and Medical Devices. She has both Israeli and international experience, with deep knowledge of the Israeli market.
Throughout her career she has done research of various kinds having specialized in Senior Executive Candidates research since 2009 at Hotam Ishi.

Suzane holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel-Aviv University, an M.Sc. From the London School of Economics (LSE) and completed studies toward an MBA from Bradford University.
